Hi, I’m Anne-Marie, an interior decorator and photo stylist from Toronto, Canada, now based in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy.

The clients I work with tend to value sentiment over novelty. They seek guidance in honouring the unique spirit of their homes and integrating personal objects to create spaces filled with character and story. They delight in the harmony of old and new, and the beauty of natural materials that age over time. With their homes already architecturally defined, my role is to thoughtfully interpret their needs and vision through curated finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and accessories.

My interiors journey began with renovating two of my own homes, which led me to study part-time and later complete a Diploma in Interior Design. Before transitioning to full-time decorating, I worked in marketing at top professional services firms in Toronto, where I developed a strong foundation in client service and project management. Since then, I’ve decorated private residences and styled on set with a widely published interiors photographer. My work has been featured in House & Home, Canada’s leading interiors magazine.

In 2022, I relocated to Italy with my partner, a native Friulano. Immersed in a new cultural and creative landscape, I’m continually inspired by Italian design while remaining grounded in a North American perspective. This dual influence shapes how I work with clients and collaborators in both Toronto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

• In Toronto, I offer remote decorating services for private residential clients, including detailed plans and photorealistic renderings, as well as freelance support for design professionals.

• In Friuli Venezia Giulia, I offer comprehensive, in-person decorating services—from concept to installation—for private residential clients, alongside freelance support and photoshoot styling for design professionals.
